WARRANTY

JVC Precision Ltd. manufactured components and assemblies are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials and to meet
customer specifications at the time of sale, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the shipping date. JVC Precision Ltd. agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair the defect(s) in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired, refurbished, or new product of equal value or, if agreed to by JVC Precision, to provide credit for the product at the original selling price. Such repair, replacement or credit is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. The obligation of JVC Precision Ltd. under this warranty shall not
include any transportation charges, or costs of removal or re-installation or any liability for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential
damages, or delay. The remedies set forth herein are exclusive, and JVC Precision’s liability, shall not, except as expressly provided herein, exceed the price of product, or part, on which such liability is based.

Any improper storage, use, substitution or parts, alteration, or repair made to components or assemblies other than by JVC Precision Ltd., shall void this warranty.  Corrosion, rusting or oxidization of untreated bare metallic surfaces are not warranted.  If requested by JVC Precision Ltd., components, or assemblies, for which a warranty claim is made, are to be returned, transportation pre-paid, to JVC Precision’s manufacturing facility.
